With a Master's in Counseling Psychology and a Doctorate of Humane Letters, Mary Manin Morrissey has been a New Thought minister for nearly 25 years. She has served as president of the Association for Global New Thought, and in 1995, hosted an annual congress for the International New Thought Alliance. In 1998, she spoke before the United Nations with Arun Gandhi (grandson of Mahatma Gandhi) regarding the Season for Nonviolence.
She has also participated in interfaith dialogues with the Dalai Lama. Morrissey is the author of two best selling books, No Less Than Greatness" and "Building Your Field of Dreams," a book that was adapted to a popular PBS special.
